...On me and my family
I’ve cast much pain
And sorrow and sadness
Life I can’t regain

though I don’t want it back
Because I’ve paved my own path
But through these ten Mondays
I’ve done all this art

Which was not foreseen
Foreplanned or prepared
But turned out as well
As I’d hoped to have shared

I can say I’m proud
Of the work that’s achieved
And the creation and thoughts
That this therapy relieved

So to take on board
A life of perfection
And to stumble upon
A golden reflection

A memory of time
That I needed right then
And to see that perhaps
I can use it again.
