The Open Studio provides you with a space for unstructured artmaking projects, where you choose your own subject matter and art materials. The use of a visual and written journal is encouraged to assist your reflection on the work. The therapist is present to provide technical support and emotional support when needed. There will be a space for sharing a bit about your work with the other participants at the end of the session if you choose to. You don't have to make a committment for the whole term, but will benefit from cheaper prices if you do.
