Art Therapy Group

Service Description

Do you want the opportunity to join an art group that nurtures your creativity? Maybe you'd like to make changes in your life, or are recovering from an illness or event? Or, do you just want to spend the afternoon making art and getting to know and like yourself a little better with like minded people in a beautiful and inspirational space? ​ This 5 session group will provide a safe space for you to explore themes that are important to you. You will have the opportunity to use a variety of art materials throughout the sessions to explore, play, discover and delight in the process. You don't have to share your experience with the group if you choose not to, but the opportunity to discuss ideas and thoughts with others is available.
